What is Forgiveness Anyways

Growing up in a household where your parents struggle financially can suck! Growing up we never had much but, we did have love from my mother.

My Biological father went to prison for awful crime. When I was 9 years old giving my mother full custody. Still she was married step father who was a drunk and sometimes a lecturing, physical abusive when drunk. Every night blairing music off his record player till late in the night.

When were young we all go through growing pains and most people have a very rough upbringing. Whether that being the wealthy spoiled kid who never learned what it’s truly meant to be loved or the kid that had some traumatic abuse. Everyone has their own rough childhood some worse than others. When presented with this growing up this person usually boils down into two options they can either decided to grow from their awful experience and push on or wallow in their past and play the poor me mindset, seeing as it gets them tons of attention.

Some don’t know how to move on from this experience seeing as this is all they know. They have never left their home town and the ones they call friends are far from it. Misery loves company! and not finding the right mentorship or guidance can leave a person in the same scenario their entire life. Passing this awful mindset down and continuing through their children. Some people don’t realize they have the right and opportunity to change the circumstances they have been given.

Starts with Forgiveness!!!

Forgiveness is the most powerful thing a person owns!!. People must remember that forgiveness is not for the person they are forgiving but it is for THEMSELVES! too many people walk around with a grudge towards someone because of past events. The first thing person can do is to Forgive the people who you most hate in life! Why?? Give forgiveness, the problem with holding a grudge is most the time your the only one mad about what happened. Your holding on to all the stress and heartache of something you can’t go back and change and the person who did you wrong doesn’t bother them at all. Your still suffering!! By giving forgiveness you are releasing your anger, stress and heartache by letting the person know that “that you forgave them for the distress they cause you and hope they can find their own peace someday”. The person who is willing to harm another is going through their own issues, and you need not to be accosiated with any of their problems.

Forgive quick and move on. The beautiful thing about this life is it is an ocean of opportunities. Learn from your mistakes and don’t make the same mistakes twice. Someone does you wrong it sucks!, forgive quickly and move on, unfortunately people do this but, it will make you a better judgement of people and be able to see past people’s Bull shit moving forward.

Challenge Accepted!!!

If your holding a Grudge right now! That’s bothering for awhile approach that person or address the issue! Stop suffering from your past and start fresh today!

Truly Forgive!! this doesn’t mean they have to be part of your life now. This just means you understand that were all human and we all make mistakes. Freeing yourself of this pain so you can move on with your Life!

Always Looking Up!

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
