Work Ethic

One thing everyone has to develop to get where they want to go in life.

Growing up in North Dakota learning how to work hard is the one thing that is taught well. Whether growing up on a farm or just doing some plain hard work.

This is not always easy but, once someone learns that sometimes to get things done there going to have experience some pain to get there.

Developing a mindset so that when it’s time to get things done you actually get pumped up to go do it and not disappointed you have to exert alot of energy.

If you can fall in love with working hard then you can make a huge impact on not only your own life but, everyone around you.

Accept the fact that life is not going to be easy, if you don’t like hard work. It’s like picking a fight you know you can’t win then, getting upset about the whole thing. People who say life is easy have come to terms that they enjoy working hard because, in the end they get to enjoy all the great benefits of it.

Working hard can be taught and not everyone does it. This puts you!! at a huge advantage.

Easy to take the easy path at work and few want to push themselves to be overachievers. Ever been at a job where a group of co-workers do the bare minimum and try to make it feel as though if anyone goes beyond what’s expected of them is just a suck up. This is because they are lazy and are just trying to get by with the bare minimum any extra effort you put in angers them. They are not looking to do hard work it scares them, they have done the opposite instead of embracing hard work they fear it and avoid it all cost.

Get comfortable being being uncomfortable! at the end if the day you have to take care of yourself and not worry about people around you who are trying to bring you down to there level.

When you start to put in the extra effort you see massive results. Not everyone is a fan though. Those same lazy people will try to get you to slow down, to not push as hard. People naturally hate on people who are doing more than them. For example you ever have someone come over while working on a project and talk your ear off, killing your progress and then as there leaving they recommend that you should make sure you get plenty of rest or say “you look tired”, “Don’t overwork yourself” and many more. They give you all the reasons in the world to take your time. These people are the ones to distance yourself from, they are actively trying to slow you down by not encouraging you to push harder but, rather take it easy.

Set your standards high an live by them.

When you develop a unbreakable work ethic you will start to notice tha life will start to get a lot better. You’ll be given opportunities that were never available before. In order to produce massive results you have to be willing to put in the work. This comes from discipline action.

Getting lucky and getting the promotion or finally winning at what you been trying to do for years is not Luck. Luck is just never giving up and putting in the work eventually, somethings gotta give! I don’t know about you but, I’m a stubborn bastard who is determined to win. Never surrender your dreams and goals no matter what! keep pushing and when people question you then push back twice as hard. David Goggin’s “Taking Souls” Theory is spot on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DS0ed93UQeY. When you stop trying to compete and you put massive action into prepare for what you need to do. Then you will dominate all competition put yourself at a high level push you boundaries.

Winners Gotta Win! Never give up! WINNERS GOTTA WIN!
